Summary: Speed had a problem

He had totally fucked up his life.
Speed ducked his head, hiding his flushed cheeks, as he walked away from Horatio. He had just handed him the report on the latest case, and their fingers touched. It was like an electric shock going straight to his groin. He had bit back a moan, stammered out some nonsense about the case and ran.
‘Damn it, Speedle, get your act together.’ He lectured himself. ‘This isn’t healthy. You need to think with your head… the other head.’ He wasn’t paying attention to where he was going and ran into a solid mass of muscle. He stepped back and frowned. ‘Great and the other factor in the equation of my fucked up life.’
Eric shook his head. “Hey, watch where you’re going.”
“Sorry, mind on the case.” Speed gestured absent mindedly, sneaking a glance towards the younger man.
“You need to get out more.” Eric squeezed his shoulder as he walked by. “Get laid.”
Tim closed his eyes and repressed the shiver that went down his spine.
Did he mention his life was fucked up?
He couldn’t recall exactly when it happened; it had pretty much snuck up on him and bit him in the ass. He’s always had a small crush on Horatio since the moment he laid eyes on the redhead. Who wouldn’t? But over time the crush developed and soon he had found himself in love with the older man. But that wasn’t the moment his life became completely fucked up.
No, that moment was the day he had been introduced to Eric Delko.
His bright smile and soft eyes had broken through the remaining walls Speed had left; Eric had just slithered his way into his life and heart. Tim soon found himself in this totally fucked up situation. He had woken up one morning and realized with a clear certainty that he was in love with both men.
Horatio Caine. Miami’s protector. Blue eyes and red hair. Gives everything to the victims and their family. Takes time to give his team an encouraging smile or pat on the shoulder. Damn sexy son of a bitch in his suits and sunglasses.
Eric Delko. Cuban, Russian, Catholic, baby boy of the Delko family. Killer smile that makes men and woman swoon. Gives his heart out freely to those he loves. Dives into waters that shouldn’t be touched with a ten foot pole, though sexy as hell in scuba gear.
Timothy Speedle sighed and leaned against the wall. Yeah, he was fucked up. He turned and headed for the morgue; he needed to talk to Alexx. She was mom, and moms fix everything.
My number one: There could never be no one like you
How come I feel this way about
My number two: Never tried to tell me what to say or do
I’m so in love with two
I don’t want to push it
I don’t want to fight
But this feeling keeps me up all night

“I can’t help you.” Alexx cupped his cheek softly.
“You’re mom.” Speed frowned. “Aren’t moms supposed to fix these types of things?”
She patted his cheek, smiling softly. “I can’t fix who you’ve fallen in love with.”
“But…” He turned and began to pace. “I don’t do this love thing well.”
“You have to let go of Andrew.” She watched him carefully.
“I have.” He ran his hand through his hair. “Or I think I have. I mean I can think of him without that sharp pain gripping my heart. I can talk about him without going to melancholy.”
Alexx smiled at him. “He was special and will always be special, but you have to let yourself be with someone else.”
“Well yeah, that worked.” Speed snorted. “I did such a good job of letting go I’ve fallen for two guys. Two guys who are straight I might add.”
“I think you’re doing yourself an injustice.” She patted his arm. “You don’t give your heart out freely, and the fact you’ve let yourself fall for both of them tells me they are good men.”
“Problem,” he pointed out. “Two men.”
“Why is that a problem?” she asked honestly.
Speed opened his mouth then closed it. “It’s two… as in two… you know two.” He frowned. “Great, I’m rambling like an idiot.”
“Why don’t you just tell them?”
He stared at her in shock. “I like my job and Miami, and I sure as hell like being alive. I’m not walking up to my boss or my co-worker who happens to be Catholic and say, by the way, I’m in love with both of you….” He frowned and then rubbed his forehead. “That just gave me a headache.”
Alexx pulled her boy into her arms. “It will be fine, I promise, and moms don’t make promises they can’t keep.”
He just held onto her, hoping she was right. He didn’t want to think of all the promises his real mother had broken.
If I only could decide
But I can’t make up my mind
I’m breakin’ all my rules because of you
You can tell me it’s not right
And it tears me up inside
But the problem is I’m so in love with two

“Speed!” Tim turned around to see Eric running up to him. “So about you getting laid.”
“Excuse me?” He looked at his friend with wide eyes. ‘Get your mind out of the gutter, Speedle, he’s not propositioning you.’
Eric shook his head. “We should go out to the clubs; maybe having me around will boost your babe magnet potential.”
“Problem with that idea,” Speed muttered as he turned back around to head for the lockers.
“I know, with me by your side, they’ll be pulled by in by my charm…” Tim rolled his eyes. “But I can use that to point them towards my poor…”
“You continue that line and I’ll have to hurt you.” He glared at his friend.
“Come on, Timmy…” Eric stepped back at the low growl. “Speed….”
“Only Alexx calls me Timmy; everyone else dies a slow painful death, and she knows how to hide bodies.” Speed glared at him before slamming into the locker room. “Look, Eric, I appreciate your sense of duty to make sure I get laid, but the whole club idea isn’t going to work.”
“Not looking for someone to bring home to mom, just a night to get off,” Eric pointed out.
Speed looked at him and spoke slowly. “Girls don’t do it for me.”
Eric blinked. “Oh.” He paused a bit. “Okay I know this hot club in South Beach…”
Tim just stared at him. “I just told you I’m gay and this doesn’t phase you?”
“Why should it?” Eric continued on with his plotting. “So what do you say?”
“Do I have a choice?” he asked.
“No; pick you up at your house at eight.” Eric slapped the back of shoulder and walked off.
Speed resisted temptation to slam his head against the locker door, just barely.
“You look like you’ve had a long day.” Horatio leaned against the locker and smiled down at his CSI.
“Week, month, year, decade; hell, life.” Tim looked up at him. “Is there something you need H?”
“Actually there is,” he said. “Let me treat you to dinner.”
Tim blinked at him. “What?”
“You know, dinner.” Horatio grinned. “These past couple of cases have been rough on you, and I’ve noticed you haven’t been eating much.”
“Alexx put you up to this?” He asked suspiciously.
“No,” the redhead laughed, “though she’s been nagging just about everyone in the lab to get some proper sleep and food.”
“We’ve been… very busy.”
“To busy.” Horatio shook his head. “I’ll pick up some Chinese and meet you at your house.”
“Fine.” Speed shrugged. “Bring extra egg rolls.”
“And sweet and sour sauce… yeah, I know.” Horatio gave him a grin before he turned and left the locker room.
Speed sighed when suddenly the past ten minutes of his life caught up with him.
Horatio was bring dinner to his house.
Eric was picking him out to go clubbing at a gay bar.
Fuck. He slammed his head against the lockers.
My number one: You give me everything I need
But some things still are better with
My number two: He’s the one that really makes me feel so good
I’m so in love with two
I don’t want to push it
I don’t want to fight
But this feeling keeps me up all night

For the first time in his life, he hung up on Alexx. She could kill him later, but at the moment he couldn’t deal with her optimistic attitude that maybe this was fates way of helping him out. Fate hated him. Fate despised him. Fate was evil.
Speed had been actually tempted to just drive his bike out of town, and never return. But Alexx would just find him and drag his sorry ass back. He sighed and made his way home, to face the music. It wasn’t like he had accepted dates from each of them. They were just friends being friends. Neither offer was a date. So why was he so paranoid to drive up to his own driveway? ‘Because, Speedle, you know you’re going to say something stupid and ruin both friendships.’ Maybe if he was lucky Eric wasn’t there yet. He could get through dinner with Horatio without embarrassing himself like declaring his un-dying love for his boss, and then get him to go home before Eric showed up to take him clubbing. Then all he had to do was try not to drool over Eric in tight jeans and t-shirt.
He pulled up to his driveway with a groan. Did he mention the fact Fate hated him? He parked the bike and slipped off his helmet. He centered his nerves and walked up the driveway, plastering a shy smile and his little boy look that always gets him out of trouble with Alexx.
“So yeah, H, forgot that Eric had made plans…” He began.
“It’s okay; I brought enough for the three of us,” Horatio grinned.
“Would you believe H knows the owner of the club we’re going to; he can get us in.” Eric smirked at him.
Yep. Fate hated him.

Speed opened the door, muttering about making themselves at home. He put away his helmet in the hall closet, put his gun away in the safe, and slipped off his shoes. He turned around to see Horatio in the kitchen fixing dinner, while Eric was going through his CD collection. It was weirdly comfortable and inviting. He didn’t like people in his personal space. It was his place to go to get away from everyone, but having both of them there was relaxing.
“Dinner.” Horatio set the plates down at the table. “I’ve slaved all evening so…”
Speed rolled his eyes. “Hard work standing in line at the take-out joint.”
“There was this annoying teenager in front of me that was getting on my few remaining nerves.” The redhead sat down at the table. It was then Speed noticed the tie and jacket was gone. Horatio looked very relaxed. He looked good; Speed bit back a moan.
“Did you flash your badge and gun?” Eric asked as he sat down. “I’ve done that a few times. Some brat kids just being annoying and loud, so would make sure they saw both. Usually shuts them up.”
“Oh you know H; he did his classic pose, hands on hip pulling back the coat to show the goods, glare over the sunglasses,” Speed teased his boss.
“And exactly what do you do to annoying teenagers?” Horatio pointed his chopsticks at the younger man.
“He snarks off at them, and if that doesn’t work, pull his gun,” Eric said.
Speed rolled his eyes as he took a bite of his egg roll. “It works.”
The three men laughed and slipped into an easy conversation, and before any of them knew it, it as well past nine in the evening. Horatio looked at the clock and sighed. “If you two want to get to the club….”
Speed’s smile faded; he had been enjoying the evening with the two of them, and the last thing he wanted to do was go to the club. He wasn’t interested in picking anyone up; the two he wanted were sitting in his living room. “You know it’s been a long day…” Speed stood up, a hand running through his hair.
“Let’s just forget the club,” Eric said, sipping his beer. “Besides I think its time we stop this charade.”
Speed looked at him with a confused expression. “We know Speed…” He looked over at his boss, frowning. Then it hit him. They knew. Fuck.
Don’t want to fight another night
Just want to make it right
C’mon
Ooh, my number one, oh, my number two
Somebody tell me what I’m supposed to do
My number one, my number two
Somebody tell me
I’m so in love with two
“I think you should leave.” Speed looked away from both of them.
“Speed…” Eric moved forward reaching for him.
“I’ll put in my resignation letter in tomorrow…” he stammered, stepping back from his boss his eyes glued to the floor.
“I won’t accept it,” Horatio stated firmly.
Speed looked up at him demanding, “Then what do you want from me?”
“You,” Eric answered simply. “We want you.”
Tim stared at the two of them, shaking his head. “That’s impossible.”
“Why?” Horatio asked stepping closer.
“You’re both straight and there’s two of you and … I don’t do the happy endings,” Speed stammered. Damn it, he was rambling. He hated when he got this way. “Let me point the facts out. You both are men, I’m a man. There are two of you…” Before he could explain why this wasn’t a good idea, he was shut up by a warm mouth pressed against his own. He resisted at first, staying stiff in Horatio’s arms, and then a tongue slid over his bottom lip and he moaned. The redhead took his advantage and pushed his tongue into the warm mouth taking the kiss deeper. By the time they came up for air, Speed was holding onto Horatio desperately.
“That had to be one of the hottest things I’ve ever seen.” Eric moaned, his own hand palming his hard erection through his jeans.
“We want you,” Horatio whispered into Tim’s ear. “We want all of this. The three of us.”
Speed’s eyes shuttered closed, for once he wasn’t going to question. He wasn’t going to rationalize and debate. He was going to let fate have their way. He smiled brightly and pulled Horatio into another tongue tangling kiss. He smirked at the redhead’s dazed look. “It’s a good thing I have a king size bed.”
Next Morning
Speed woke up content, warm and sore as hell. He moaned as he shifted slightly, as his muscles protested the movement after being thoroughly worked over the night before. He grinned as flashes came back. Eric on his back as Speed rode him hard and fast. Horatio’s look as he came buried deep inside Eric, who was buried just as deep inside Speed. He was sore, the bed was a mess and he seriously doubted the stains would ever come out, but he was happy and content. He turned when he felt soft lips on his shoulder.
“Morning,” Eric whispered not to wake their older lover. “I think we wore him out.”
Speed leaned forward and kissed him deeply. “That last blow job might have done him in.”
Eric shivered at the memory. “You have a wicked mouth.”
Tim just chuckled as he began to kiss down the smooth chest. “Who knew you were so flexible.”
He laughed lightly. “Years of swimming.”
Speed lifted up and kissed him deeply. “Now shhh, don’t want to wake up the old man.”
“You did not just call me old,” Horatio growled playfully.
“Well if the shoe fits.” Eric leaned over and gave him a quick kiss. “Morning.”
Horatio sat up in the bed and smiled at the two of them. “Morning.”
It was everything he hand wanted. Both men he loved, loving him back, and also loving each other. He knew there would be major logistics to figure all this out and where they would go, but right now he was just content to be lazily lying in bed with them. Speed gave a happy sigh and curled against Eric; Horatio kissed the back of his shoulder and scooted back down under the covers, his arms going around both of them. As he drifted back to sleep, he couldn’t help but to think for once Fate was kind.
Hey, hey, hey
I choose the both of you

Alexx grinned as she looked over at Speed’s place; the Hummer and Eric’s car was still in the driveway. She sipped her coffee and continued down the road.
Fate her ass.
Mom always keeps her promises.
