Summary: Speed brings a stray home

Speed put the last of the documents into the box, cataloged the last of the evidence and sealed it. His last task of the day was to get it down to Evidence, sign it in, and then go home. It had been a long couple of days, the case taking up most of his time. Was one of the rare cases, where there had been abundant of evidence. He had spent more time cataloging the evidence, then putting it all together, trying to figure out what happened. The perp had easily confessed, all Speed had to do was make sure all the I’s were dotted and T’s crossed.

He yawned as he made his way down the hallway to the locker room. Speed glanced up to see Horatio still in his office. He had wished the older man wouldn’t work so much. He was there before anyone got in and usually the last to leave. Tim looked down at his watch to see that it was pushing ten o’clock.

Speed made his mind up and altered his course and walked up the stairs towards the Lieutenant’s office. Horatio needed to go home, get some rest. Personally he wished he could take the redhead home with him, make him a home cooked meal and tuck him into bed, preferably with both of them in it. He squashed down the desire he had for the older man; there was no way Horatio would be interested in someone like him. A bonafide geek, who had no fashion sense and was scruffy. Speed grumbled to himself; he was two steps from being a cat lady.

“Hey, H.” Speed knocked on the door, opening it up.

“Speed.” He looked up from his paperwork. “What are you still doing here?”

“Finished up my last case, just took the boxes down to Evidence.” He shrugged. “You know it’s ten, and I know you were here before seven this morning.”

“Paperwork doesn’t take care of itself.” Horatio sighed, looking at the stack he swore never went down no matter how much of it he worked on.

“Come on.” Speed motioned with his hand. “Let it go for tonight. Go home. Rest. Or do what ever Miami’s Avenging Angel does in his spare time.”

“Miami’s Avenging Angel?” He laughed. “I’m not that bad.” Speed just looked at him, eyebrow raised. “Just a few more reports and I’ll head home; I promise.”

“Like I’m going to fall for that.” Speed walked into the office. He leaned over the desk and stole his pen. “Let it go, Lieutenant. Aren’t you always telling us to let it go?”

Horatio leaned back in his chair and looked at his CSI. “Are you channeling Alexx?”

Speed laughed. “I can call her.”

“Now Speed, it’s not nice to threaten your boss.” The redhead smiled. “Are you going to nag me until I leave?”

“I’ve been told I’m quite stubborn.” He crossed his arms over his chest.

“Fine.” He put the file back on the stack and stood up, grabbing his coat off the back of his chair. “I’ll head home.”

Speed tried not to look smug, tried.

Horatio paused as he headed towards his Hummer. “Do you hear that?”

Speed looked back at him. “What?”

“That noise.” He walked over to the bushes and leaned down, hearing it again. He knelt and pushed the bush back. “Well, hello.”

Speed looked over his shoulder to see a small scrawny calico kitten. “It’s a cat.”

“Poor thing.” Horatio reached in and pulled the little guy out. “Are you lost? Or did you get dumped here?”

Speed pulled back the rest of the bush and sighed. “Looks like she was abandoned along with the rest of the liter.”

Horatio looked over to where Speed was holding the bush back; three other kittens were curled up with each other, but it was too late for them. “You know it’s not that hard to drop them off at a shelter,” Horatio growled, holding the little guy they found close to his chest.

Speed shook his head. “I’ll get animal control out here.” He looked over at his boss. “What about that gal?”

The kitten looked up at Horatio, and meowed. “I’m taking her home.”

“Do you have supplies?” Speed asked.

“I can pick some stuff up….”

“It’s ten o’clock at night.” Tim shook his head. “Follow me to my place; I got some things you can use.” He walked away from the redhead and the kitten. Horatio was too adorable with the kitten in his hands, and Speed was on the verge of saying how cute they were, and he had a reputation to uphold after all.

Horatio stared after his CSI… “Speed…” But it was too late; the dark haired man had his helmet on and was mounting his bike. He looked down at the kitten. “I guess we’re going to Speed’s place. Don’t worry, he’s a softy under all that scruff. You would like him.” The kitten just meowed and rubbed her head against his jacket. When he got to the Hummer, he took off his jacket and set it on the passenger seat, sitting the kitten down. She purred and curled up into it, promptly going to sleep. “Don’t drool too much, that’s Armani.”

Speed’s Place

Horatio parked the Hummer next to the Ducati, in the small parking lot. He looked up at the building and frowned. He had never been to Speed’s place, and he wasn’t liking the neighborhood the man lived in. He made sure to check his gun before putting it back into the holster, and then he picked up the kitten and stepped out of the vehicle.

“Is the Hummer going to be safe?”

Speed looked confused. “Yeah… the neighborhood watch here is made of ex-cops, military and parts of government I don’t want to know about.”

His eyebrow rose. “Should I be concerned?”

“My Uncle Jack owns the building,” Speed explained. “After he retired from the force, he opened the bar there on the corner. It’s a known cop bar. And since he owns the building every tenant here has some background in law enforcement. It’s the only block in this area that isn’t robbed.” He grinned at him. “You can leave the weapon in the car.”

Horatio un-holstered his gun and put it into the console. “So does your Uncle own a pet store?”

Speed didn’t answer; instead, he led him into the building and up the elevator. The elevator opened up to an open space. “Welcome to my home.”

It was beautiful. Horatio couldn’t help but take in the floor plan. It was completely open, windows along the back that during the day would bring in the evening sun. The kitchen was to the right when they walked in; from just a preliminary glance it looked completely stocked with all types of gadgets. Towards the back left corner were stairs that led up to a loft style room. He could make out a dresser and bed. Under the bedroom were shelves and shelves of books. It was Speed in every inch of space.

“This is so you.” Horatio shook his head, looking around.

“Thank you.” Speed blushed slightly. “It’s a bit in shambles since I wasn’t expecting company.”

“It’s nice, very nice.” He looked over towards him. “So how many books do you have?”

“I lost count about five years back.” Speed chuckled as he headed towards the kitchen. “You can let the little one down.”

“Are you sure? I don’t want her to do any damage,” Horatio hesitated.

“Nothing the monsters haven’t already done.” He pointed to the two lumps on the couch. “I would just keep an eye on her; she’s small and probably could find some nice hiding spots.”

Horatio let her go and chuckled as she sniffed the floor before taking off and sliding on the hardwood floors. “So you have cats?”

“Just two…. And the stray that roams the building hangs out here sometimes.” Speed pulled out a box from the pantry, grabbing supplies for the kitten. He looked up to see Horatio smiling at him. “If you call me cat lady…”

“Just a side of you, I didn’t know.”

“There’s a lot that people don’t know about me.” Speed shrugged.

Horatio leaned against the breakfast bar and looked at the younger man. “I would like to learn more.”

Speed dropped the can he was holding in shock. He had never heard that tone in Horatio’s voice before. It was a good thing he didn’t, because he would be walking around work with a continuous hard on. He bent over and picked up the can. He set it in the box and dared look at Horatio.

The two stared at each other for a few moments, tension thick in the air. “Tell me I’m not the only one feeling this?”

Speed shook his head. “You’re not.”

Horatio moved from the bar and pinned Speed to the counter. “Tell me yes.”

“God yes,” he whispered as Horatio devoured his mouth. He moaned and opened up, letting the slick tongue slide into his mouth. He gripped Horatio’s hips, grinding his erection into him. He gasped for air as Horatio ran his lips down his neck. “Wanted you…so long.”

Horatio moaned and took Tim’s lips into another deep kiss, his hand worked under the button down shirt, feeling warm skin. He growled when the shirt got in his way, and Horatio pulled back, his hand going to the front of the shirt, determined to get it out of his way.

Speed grabbed his hands. “I really like this shirt.”

“It’s in my way,” the redhead huffed.

“Follow me.” He pushed him back slightly and took his hand, leading him towards the staircase. He stopped short when he had three cats blocking the staircase and were staring at him. “You two demons, entertain the kid, while I entertain the big guy here.”

They just looked at him, then promptly sat down.

“Oh, for heaven’s sake. I haven’t been laid in a year…”

Horatio snickered. “You do realize you’re arguing with a cat.”

He turned and pulled the redhead closer, kissing him deeply. “Did you miss the part where I haven’t been laid in a year…”

“I plan on making it up to you.” He pushed Speed towards the stairs. “And if the little devils want to watch, let them.”

A trail of clothes followed them up the stairs, and they fell into the bed naked, hands roaming over hot flesh. Speed arched up into Horatio’s touch, moaning deeply. It had been too long, and he was too wound up. He was close to blowing his load, and he tried to squirm away from Horatio, but the older man wouldn’t have it. He pinned Speed down to the bed and gave him a wolfish grin, before nibbling down his chest, licking at each nipple until they stood erect. He sat back on his haunches and studied the erect cock, pre-cum leaking from its swollen head. He bent over and licked at the head, causing Speed to scream out and thrust upward. Horatio pinned the lean hips down to the bed and grinned before taking the cock into his mouth, his tongue swirling around the head, before taking it fully into his mouth. It was too much, and Speed screamed out his release, flooding Horatio’s mouth with his cum. The redhead just drank it all down, and then sat back up, licking his lips. “Delicious.”

“I’m sorry…”

He leaned over and took Speed’s mouth into a deep kiss. “It really has been a while?”

Tim just nodded; he pulled Horatio back down and kissed him, slipping his tongue into the warm mouth tasting his own essence. He flipped them, grinning down at his boss. Speed leaned over and pulled out some lube. He squirted some onto his fingers, reached back and began to prep himself. Horatio gripped Speed’s hips, fingers digging in, surely going to leave bruises. He could only watch as Speed rocked back against his own fingers, stretching himself out, moaning as he fucked himself.

“Speed… please.” Horatio thrust upwards, his hard cock rubbing against Tim’s slicked crack. “Need to be in you.”

He pulled out his fingers and grabbed the lube, adding more into his hand. He slicked up Horatio’s hard member. “I can’t wait to feel this in me.” He positioned himself over the leaking cock and slid down until his ass was up against Horatio’s hips. His hands spread out across Horatio’s hard chest. “Oh God…”

Horatio bent his knees, pushing up into the tight heat, his fingers gripping the slim waist. “I need to move.”

Speed lifted onto his knees then came back down, throwing his head back as the thick head slid over that special spot. He began to move in earnest, his cock once again hard and leaking. He was lost in the feel of Horatio moving deep inside him. “So close.”

Horatio growled low in his throat, gripped Speed tightly then flipped them, and he moaned at the loss as he pulled out of Tim’s body. “On your knees.” He quickly complied, getting onto his hands and knees, presenting his ass to the redhead. Horatio gripped the base of his cock, to stop the orgasm that wanted to rip through him, just at he sight of the round perfect ass. Once he got his body under control, he let go of his cock and ran his hands over the firm globes “So perfect.” He slipped two fingers into the stretched hole, searching for that one spot. Speed screamed and bucked back against him. Horatio pulled his fingers out and lined his cock and thrust in until he was balls deep. He gripped his hips and began to pound into the welcoming body, losing himself in the tight heat.

Speed reached under him and gripped his own cock, spreading the pre-cum over the head, sliding his hand down the aching shaft, then back up. Horatio knocked his hand away, taking the hard member into his own, and stroked it rough and hard, matching each deep thrust. “Horatio… feels so good… harder.” Speed spread his legs, moaning as Horatio pushed into him even deeper. He rested his head onto his forearms, just relishing in the feeling of being taken so hard and fast.

Horatio pulled Speed upward, spreading his legs with his knees as he continued to thrust into him. Speed leaned his head back against the redhead’s shoulder, his hands gripping the strong thighs, feeling the muscles move as he continued to fuck him hard. Horatio bit down on his shoulder, marking him for all to see, to know that Speed was now his. He licked a path up the elegant neck, nibbling on his ear, then whispered so softly, “Come.”

Speed’s hips jerked forward, hot cum spilling over his stomach and Horatio’s hand. Horatio moaned as the muscles clamped down on his cock, and he pushed in, growling Speed’s name as he came deep inside him. Both men collapsed onto the bed, sated and sore. Speed stumbled out of the bed, to the bathroom to get a washcloth; he cleaned himself up then headed back to the bed. He climbed on to the bed and kissed the older man softly as he wiped him down. Horatio took the cloth and tossed it back towards the bathroom, before manhandling Speed under the covers. He pulled the younger man to him. “I love you.”

Speed smiled. “Love you too, Horatio.” He curled into the redhead’s arms and fell into a restful sleep.

***

Horatio blinked awake when he felt something heavy on his hip. He was still wrapped around Speed, from the night before. Just the thought of what they did had his dick stirring with interest. He shifted only to feel sharp pain in his hip. He lifted his head up and came face to face with one of Speed’s cats. “Hello.”

It just eyed him, as Horatio tried to move it just shifted and settled back down.

“It doesn’t work. She’ll log roll with you. Just stand as you move, following the movements then lay back down.” Speed muttered from his spot on the bed.

“How do I get rid of it?”

“When you figure that out, let me know.” Speed shifted and looked over at his lover. “Morning.”

Horatio shifted, rolling his eyes when the cat just waited until he was done and resettled. He kissed Speed deeply. “Morning.”

He smiled over at the older man. “I have to ask, where is this going?”

“I’ve wanted you for a long time, Tim,” Horatio answered, his hand going through the dark locks. “I want this with you.”

Speed rolled Horatio onto his back, knocking the cat off, who hissed and jumped off, giving both of them a glare. Speed just glared back. “Shoohh.”

The cat just sat and watched.

“Your cats are kinky.” Horatio grinned, pulling Tim into a kiss. “Bunch of little voyeurs.”

“Well yours seems to fit right in.” Speed grinned as he kissed down the firm chest. “She hasn’t left the chair all night.”

Horatio looked over to see the Calico looking back at him, and he swore the kitten just smirked and settled in to watch.

“At least the kids get along.” He ran a hand down Speed’s back, cupping his ass. “You do know we have to go to work.”

“Yes,” he sighed, sitting up in the bed. “Shower with me?”

“I can’t, have to get home and get fresh clothes…” Horatio sighed with regret. He knew if he didn’t leave soon, he would call them both in sick. “Can I come by tonight?”

Speed got out of the bed and walked towards the bathroom, completely naked.

“You’re killing me here,” Horatio grumbled as he got out of the bed and found his clothes; he quickly dressed and pulled Speed into his arms. “I’ll see you at work, if we’re lucky it will be quiet and we can leave early.”

Speed kissed him. “You are the boss.”

Horatio nipped at the full lips, then reluctantly pulled back. “I really have to go; if I don’t, we won’t be leaving this room.”

“Not seeing the problem.” With a grin, Speed leaned against the bathroom doorframe.

“You are evil.” He turned and looked over at the small kitten. “Be good.” The kitten just rolled over and put its head between her paws.

“She’s got you wrapped around her finger already.” Tim laughed.

“She’s not the only one.” Horatio gave him a shy smile. “So do you pick up strays often?”

“Only the real cute ones.”
