The process of change in all forms of life occurs over the long, slow span of millennia.
But sometimes it takes a giant leap forward in the single blink of an eye.
If Vampires are the product of a long and bloody struggle to defeat the Wraith by denying them the food they feed on, then surely Mutants are an evolutionary miracle in Man's development.
Aren't they?
Or are they truly a superior form of life?
Standing between two warring sides who threaten a genocide that could engulf the world, the Vampires must prove that while blood unites us, only the strong will survive.
Stage One – Origins
Life is formed. Basic cellular division and mitosis of genetic material.
Stage Two – Diversification
Reproduction creates vast variation of cellular structure and purpose.
Stage Three – Mutation
Diversification impacts upon environmental factors and adapts accordingly.
Stage Four – Homo Sapiens
Self-awareness develops sentience beyond conscious thought. The rise of Human Beings, migration across the globe.
Stage Five – Intelligent Design
Application of intelligence for the purposes of species development and education for future endeavor. Exploration of environment and self, including migration into Near Space.
Stage Six – Rise of the Machines
Technology assumes every major societal roles formerly associated with Homo Sapiens to allow for further expansion and diversification of the species.
Stage Seven – Artificial Life
Machines begin independent development and evolution without input or influence of Homo Sapiens.
Stage Eight – Homo Sanguinis
Acceptance of life in Human terms not as mutation but as genetic enhancement and alteration of basic genome for the extension of existence and potential. Also referred to as Vampires.
