Sweet Potato Casserole! and Pumpkin Pie! Turkey isn’t bad either. My favorite thing? I do not have to cook, my daughter is taking care of that.
My favorite dish is Turkey, Stove Top stuffing, Mashed potatoes, and Pumpkin pie. I also like Cranberry sauce. The only tradition is watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade and Football.
With me it’s a dish my family calls oyster casserole, the only time have not had it was once in my childhood was due to the oyster beds freezing before the holidays. You could have found a virgin quicker than you’d have found a oyster that holiday.
My fave is always the ham and sweet potatoes. I can’t eat poultry, so turkey is totally out.
it’s just immediate family since everyone else lives so far away or has other family they go to visit, so nothing that I wish wasn’t there, really.
Turkey, fully loaded mashed potatoes…..always my favorite classics. My new favorite ones are stuffed mushroom with crab and shrimp and theses little smokie things wrapped in bacon and covered in brown sugar. Don’t know ehy they are so good.
Thanksgiving dinner at my cousin Emily’s house – she has the biggest dining room. Favorites are sweet potato casserole – with pecan topping instead of marshmallows, because I’m the only person in the world who hates marshmallows – and ham, preferably Honeybaked.
