    My grandmother’s sweet potato balls.
    Sweet potatoes
    Butter
    Brown sugar
    Cinnamon
    Marshmallows
    Corn flakes (crumbed)

    Peel and cook enough sweet potatoes for your guests until soft. Drain, and add a little butter, brown sugar and cinnamon to taste. Cool completely. Set oven to 350 degrees. Wrap a good amount of sweet potato mix around marshmallows to make ball. Roll sweet potato balls in corn flakes and bake until corn flakes darken a bit and the balls break open a little as begin to seep liquefied marshmallow (not too much!). Remove from oven. Serve while still warm (but not too hot!).
    Easy peasy!
