There’s not one particular name as much as the queens and matriarchs that ruled much of the world before war and invasion flipped the world toward patriarchy. It’s easy to pick out the famous women like Cleopatra, Boudicca, and Elizabeth of Aragon but it’s the everyday women like Hypatia (I know she’s not in Sylum, but her story has always stuck in my brain.) that speak their truth everyday knowing this might be the day it gets them killed.
I think Leonardo Da Vinci has always fascinated me. He was a genius in so many fields. Inventing the submarine and also painting, how could one mind and body hold so much?
