  1. I guess it depends on the type of not feeling well, but usually I prefer a blanket, limitless tea, my pillow, and a book (or my tablet so I can read online) to read when I’m not napping. My favorite spot is the corner of my couch, because I can sit up, lounge, or lie down as I feel, and can either get cuddles or barricade myself from my family as needed. As for food, I typically crave something like fudge brownies when I’m not my best, but don’t eat much.
