Tutankhamun is one of those type of characters. He’s built a Worldwide reputation for his Men’s Jewelry line.

Basically it says T Ankh with symbol of a Scarab to the god Khepri.
It’s his inside joke all his jewelry is made by Tutankhamun 🙂
