Sylum Advent 2015: December 2nd

Now that we got your attention, we’re proud to introduce the new and improved Sylum Wiki Blog!!

This has been a very long process mixed in with re-working Clan War and prepping for Sylum Events – like Advent!!

Total Bios: 1005 (we were at 1003 … but someone had to add two – though I doubt any of you will be upset over it)

Total Clans: 19

Total Enemies: 81 (Alive and Dusted)

Total Mutants: 10

Total Aliens: 4

Total Meridii: 32 (they just keep coming – see if you can list them all – I’m looking at you Wiki Stalker!!)

Important!! IMPORTANT!! Important!! IMPORTANT!!

Now that we’ve got your attention for a second time!!!

The Sylum Wiki Blog is under the Password Protected section of the Sylum Site.  Which means you will need the password.  If you don’t have it, please click on the Sylum Security Link located on the lefthand sidebar.

Also please understand that the Sylum Website sits on a server that is shared with 3 other sites.  What does that mean?  That means that if every single one of you hits the link at the same time – we’ll either crash the site or slow it down massively.

So – please be patient!

If you click the link and it comes up with an error or there is an extreme lag – this is due to the fact that we share a server and the amount of traffic it’s suddenly getting.   Add in the fact that the Wiki Blog is under the password section of the site, there is an extra firewall of protection which can also cause it to slow down.  It’s also a huge *points upward* to amount of bios 🙂

Before ya’ll complain it’s slow or takes too long – the only way to fix it is to move it to a private server.  I’ll let you imagine how much that would cost.  If you’re serious about fixing lag time – we’ll have this discussion later.

Now that the logistics are over…

Do note that this was a lot of work!  It took a 1 and 1/2 years to get all these bios figured out, worked up, and into the Wiki Blog.  These are not edited, nor refined.  Please do not reply to the posts to inform us that a word is misspelled or grammar needs to be fixed.   If there is a link broken – either a name doesn’t have a link or it goes to the wrong bio – then YES please reply or email us.  The Wiki will always be a work in progress.

The Sylum Wiki Blog is set up in WordPress, which means you can actually reply to each post – to ask questions about characters *please read above paragraph of what to NOT reply with*.  There are Pages set up for each Clan, with tables to distinguish their ranking in the Clan.  There is also a separate Page for Enemies.   Every Character in the Wiki Blog is linked to a Clan or Enemy list.

The Wiki Blog is set up for 2015.  Basically all bios are of characters who are Turned by 2015.  So you will see some character whose stories haven’t been written and may not be for a while.  You also may get a few spoilers for changes in Clan War *just a tiny bit* all bios were adjusted for the 10th Anniversary Clan War Arc.
