Really liked this. I suspect most of the SICs have these feelings since they have held these positions for ages behind very old leaders. It would be nice to see them setting up their own support system like the Leaders have. I expect Will will have these moments often; that they all do. Jack will surprise him, tho. He is much more than he seems on the surface. I really love these two. Thank you for sharing this.
