I don’t watch Walking Dead and I had to Google the characters to find out what they looked like, but! The story worked. And I liked it a lot. Well done!
I am really looking forward to the rest of Advent if the opening story was this cool. Also I am happy to see everyone is still living life and enjoying themselves. So cool

Had to go and check how the characters looked like because I don’t follow Walking Dead, loved the story!
I can imagine just how much trouble they could find in England, and to be a fly to hear Arthur reaction to the news that he would have more MacManus around!
Daryl though not a lot like Murphy enough to get into trouble with the brothers!

So as you know I totally don’t do zombie anything (Spencer can attest to that after I made her fast forward through all the zombie parts on the Resident Evil series, made for a very quick viewing).
That being said you did a great job of establishing the characters enough for those of us to don’t watch to get a feel for them and their personalities. It’s tough to do with fandoms where you want to include the characters but not necessarily the plot that goes with it. So I definitely appreciate being able to follow along and the work it took to convert it to what you needed it to be while keeping each character who they are.
I loved the addition of these guys and liked finding out more about Jimmy, his past and his abilities that you’ve hinted at before. Great job!
Yes adding Walking Dead without the zombies was a bit of a challenge! But I just loved those two so much.
More of the Hickok family and what Jimmy can do will come out as time goes on.
Great way to introduce two new characters and hint at the show they came from 🙂

Incredible story! I love the Walking Dead and Rick/Daryl are a fav pair. You did a fantastic job of getting all the characters in and transfering the zombies to rogue vamps! This is just so great and I’m hoping to read more of these two.
